So, our roof wasn’t too old when we moved in.It was about 10 years old, but it was leaking in MULTIPLE places!.We replaced it with a new steel roof last year, that’s supposed to last until the end of time, but we still have some pretty dramatic evidence of the stress we felt every time it rained that first year.
